Bertha's is an original native Bahamian Restaurant established in 1987 by Mr. & Mrs. Mervin Sweeting, with his sister Albertha Gibson by his side. It all began under an almond tree, selling only BBQ Ribs and BBQ Chicken with macaroni. This is where Bertha's became famous for its succulent mouth watering BBQ Ribs and Chicken.
Throughout the years Bertha's has grown and has branched into catering and rentals. To date Bertha's has gain a reputation of their full service catering to corporate Bahamas and weddings. Bertha's Go Go Ribs and Nassau Party Time Caterer's and Rentals is known as a One Stop Shop in Nassau, Bahamas.
